Membership: 113 VVA (105 Life members), lost access to AVVA. 17 AVVA Members, 10 Life
Correspondence - Golf tourney
Honor Guard - 3 events this past this month
AVVA - Sandy Steer will get AVVA membership numbers. Coupons still going.
Marilyn read a letter about coupons
Chaplain - Pray for group members with the flu
Fundraising: November 8,9 for Veteran’s Day - Sam’s Club.
Also March 22, 23 (during the Run to the Sun Car Show)
Need someone to take all the equipment on Friday night and bring it back

Old Business: Blue Star Mothers in May for parade. May 18th in May
New Business:
400,000 veterans in SC now. One out of 10 people you see is a vet
Email from State Council. Talks about end of VVA or legacy corporations.
Voted to support the legacy option.
Terry will be at State Council this weekend.
Make sure you are on my email list.
Do not come to meeting before 6. Room will open at that time and no sooner.
Do not take cups when you come in.
New Pelicans Card Set - application from City of Myrtle Beach website or Pelicans website. Must be in by April 1. Military Appreciation Night is May 4.
Our website is currently in limbo as the software used for the last 9 years no longer works and it appears the company is out of business. Looking for solutions.

New Business: Committee picking organizations to donate to. DAV 30 and 57, Quilts of Valor. Motion to donate at the end of the year.
No delegate report. Johnnie is now the State Council Treasurer. Terry and Sandy going to Region 3
